New Gucci Vault Collection Takes Après-Ski Fashion to Greater Altitudes





 

Featuring various collaborations to form the eclectic ski wardrobe that drops next week.

Gucci is bringing an exclusive capsule together for its upcoming “Vault Altitude” collection. Gucci Vault is redefining après-ski fashion that goes beyond the usual luxury lens on the ski trend.

The new Vault Altitude collection sees the Italian fashion house come together with eight different brands including, Bleue Burnham x SkyDiamondGui RosaHEAD SportswearMoon BootPanconesiSeaThe Elder Statesman and Yniq, to bring forward a well-rounded capsule of jewelry, accessories, outerwear, footwear and ready-to-wear. 

Working with HEAD, Gucci taps the sportswear brand’s Legacy Collection with Lindsey Vonn to create a range of vibrant ski jackets, puffer vests, as well as ski pants that give a vintage, meets graffiti-inspired aesthetic. With Yniq Eyewear, the Swedish-based goggle company lends its expertise to developing the collection’s functional yet fashionable eyewear pieces, all utilizing similar vivid hues to match the apparel collection. Focusing on the wearability of the skiing apparel, the capsule features an assorted range of technical pieces that are ready for the slopes at the highest of altitudes as well as for the much-awaited après-ski. The Elder Statement and Gui Rosa join forces with Gucci to create knitwear and crocheted pieces, while Gucci taps Moon Boots for a statement winter boot inspired by vintage footwear.
